Pots fer previsions. Quan et trobes amb una reducci\u00f3 pressupost\u00e0ria del 20 % (&#8230;) totes aquelles planificacions (&#8230;) se\u2019t desmunten totalment.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<b><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<b>Xavier Bonal<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\nEl gran full de ruta \u00e9s el que ha faltat.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\nEl que b\u00e0sicament ha caracteritzat a Catalunya (&#8230;) en Educaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n moltes dificultats en planificaci\u00f3 educativa (&#8230;). Seria exigible per part de la ciutadania, per part de la comunitat educativa, per part de les fam\u00edlies i per part dels professionals de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 criteris molt expl\u00edcits i molt clars de com es planifica l\u2019educaci\u00f3 o cap a on vol anar la planificaci\u00f3 educativa.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<b>Carles Armengol<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\nEl millor mecanisme de planificaci\u00f3 \u00e9s la m\u00e0 invisible.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\nHi ha dos principis que volem veure reflectits en aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3. (&#8230;) Un, el dret de tothom a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 (&#8230;), el fet que hi hagi una garantia p\u00fablica d\u2019aquest dret. (&#8230;) Aix\u00f2 implica defensar la gratu\u00eftat universal de l\u2019ensenyament a determinats nivells. El segon principi \u00e9s com s\u2019ha d\u2019exercir aquest dret a l\u2019educaci\u00f3, en un marc de pluralisme i amb la m\u00e0xima llibertat possible.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<b>Montse Ros<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\nSi volem que hi hagi una certa planificaci\u00f3, alguna restricci\u00f3 li haurem de posar al mercat.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\nEl mercat sempre segrega (&#8230;), no busca la barreja de les criatures, no busca la conviv\u00e8ncia, no busca la cooperaci\u00f3 sin\u00f3 que es centra en la compet\u00e8ncia. La compet\u00e8ncia sempre produeix perdedors.
