En posteriors publicacions anirem tractant altres diferents aspectes que incorpora el Decret (adjudicacions d&#8217;estiu, avaluaci\u00f3&#8230;)<a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a style=\"clear: right;color: #9e200b;float: right;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px;line-height: 20px;margin-bottom: 1em;margin-left: 1em;text-align: center;text-decoration: none\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/interins2-1-1024x742-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none;padding: 0px\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/interins2-1-1024x742-2.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"144\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Podrem veure l\u2019afectaci\u00f3 real d\u2019aquest Decret en relaci\u00f3 a la cobertura de les vacants d\u2019estiu quan aparegui la resoluci\u00f3 per a l\u2019adjudicaci\u00f3 de les destinacions provisionals pel curs 2014\/15, que suposem que sortir\u00e0 cap a principis de maig.<\/p>\n<p>Per altra banda, per saber com es cobriran les substitucions al llarg del curs hauran de modificar la resoluci\u00f3 que regula els criteris per a la gesti\u00f3 de la borsa de treball de personal docent que abans del comen\u00e7ament de curs.<\/p>\n<p><b>Qu\u00e8 diu el decret sobre la provisi\u00f3 dels llocs docents dels interins i substituts?:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Al llocs ordinaris: <\/b>amb experi\u00e8ncia de 12 mesos en centres p\u00fablics i l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 positiva.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Es podr\u00e0 proposar, per la direcci\u00f3, interins a cobrir una vacant en centres d\u2019especial dificultat.<br \/>\n\u2022Es prioritzar\u00e0 la continu\u00eftat de l\u2019inter\u00ed &nbsp;pel manteniment dels equips docents.<\/p>\n<p><b>Als llocs espec\u00edfics:<\/b> amb experi\u00e8ncia de 12 mesos en centres p\u00fablics i l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 positiva.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s complir els requisits acad\u00e8mics sol\u2022licitats en la singularitzaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via que haur\u00e0 fet la direcci\u00f3 del centre.<br \/>\n\u2022Es podr\u00e0 proposar interins per cobrir vacants a tots els centres p\u00fablics, siguin o no d\u2019especial dificultat.<br \/>\n\u2022Es prioritzar\u00e0 la continu\u00eftat de l\u2019inter\u00ed &nbsp;pel manteniment dels equips docents.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a les substitucions si la pla\u00e7a s\u2019ha singularitzat la direcci\u00f3 podr\u00e0 escollir entre els primers vint docents de la borsa de treball que compleixin les caracter\u00edstiques de la pla\u00e7a. Entre aquests vint aspirants la direcci\u00f3 en far\u00e0 un m\u00ednim de tres entrevistes i n\u2019escollir\u00e0 un per cobrir la pla\u00e7a. Aquesta elecci\u00f3 de direcci\u00f3 ha d\u2019estar motivada.<\/p>\n<p>Les entrevistes no seran necess\u00e0ries si un dels aspirants de la llista dels vint &nbsp;ja havia treballat amb anterioritat al centre.<\/p>\n<p>Tot aquest procediment no caldr\u00e0 fer-lo &nbsp;en el cas que hi hagi abs\u00e8ncia de nomenament per selecci\u00f3 de les direccions.
