Conscients que la direcci\u00f3 del centre t\u00e9 una responsabilitat cabdal en el projecte pedag\u00f2gic i en l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del treball, &nbsp;des de fa molts anys, CCOO ofereix formaci\u00f3 per a les persones que es comprometen en aquesta feina dif\u00edcil i estimulant.<\/h4>\n<h4>\n<br \/>El programa que us presentem cont\u00e9 tots els continguts requerits pel Departament d\u2019Ensenyament i, per tant, \u00e9s del tot homologat. Alhora, cont\u00e9 visions alternatives de la tasca directiva, impregnada de participaci\u00f3, de cooperaci\u00f3, d\u2019igualtat i de voluntat de canvi i de progr\u00e9s. Aquests elements empoderen la comunitat educativa al mateix temps que la seva direcci\u00f3 i la fan, sens dubte, m\u00e9s eficient i m\u00e9s din\u00e0mica, m\u00e9s equilibrada i per tant m\u00e9s estable.<\/h4>\n<h4>\n<br \/>Fins avui, els cursos de CCOO han estat valorats positivament per les persones que els han fet.
