provisi\u00f3 de llocs de treball dels centres p\u00fablics d&#8217;ensenyaments no universitari dependents del Departament d&#8217;Ensenyament.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Estan exemptes d&#8217;aquest requisit les persones que en convocat\u00f2ries de proves per a la provisi\u00f3 de places de funcionariat docent fetes a Catalunya a partir de l&#8217;any 1991 han estat exemptes de la prova de llengua catalana o han estat puntuades com a aptes en la prova de coneixements de les dues lleng\u00fces oficials a Catalunya.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>No ser funcionari o funcion\u00e0ria de carrera o en pr\u00e0ctiques del cos al qual es vol accedir.<\/li>\n<li>Tenir la <a href=\"http:\/\/aplitic.xtec.cat\/pls\/apex\/f?p=2011014:28\">capacitaci\u00f3 adequada<\/a> per impartir les Territorials del Departamen d&#8217;Ensenyament<\/a>&nbsp;demanats com a preferents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00danicament han de presentar documentaci\u00f3 les persones que <b>no formen part<\/b> de la borsa de treball de personal docent.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Fotoc\u00f2pia compulsada<\/b>&nbsp;del t\u00edtol exigit per a l&#8217;ingr\u00e9s al cos o certificaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica original o, en tot cas, fotoc\u00f2pia compulsada acreditativa d&#8217;haver fet tots els estudis necessaris per expedir aquest t\u00edtol, amb indicaci\u00f3 de la convocat\u00f2ria en qu\u00e8 es van acabar.<\/li>\n<li>En el cas de presentar la certificaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica dels estudis fets, cal adjuntar tamb\u00e9 la fotoc\u00f2pia compulsada del rebut acreditatiu del pagament dels drets d&#8217;expedici\u00f3 del t\u00edtol.<\/li>\n<li>Si la titulaci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha obtingut a l&#8217;estranger, cal adjuntar l&#8217;homologaci\u00f3 corresponent o la credencial de reconeixement de la titulaci\u00f3 per exercir la professi\u00f3 de mestre o mestra o de professor o professora d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li><b>Fotoc\u00f2pia del document nacional d&#8217;identitat&nbsp;<\/b>(DNI). Les persones que tenen la nacionalitat d&#8217;un estat membre de la Uni\u00f3 Europea, han de presentar una fotoc\u00f2pia del document acreditatiu de la nacionalitat o, si no el tenen, una fotoc\u00f2pia del passaport. En qualsevol dels cassos, el document acreditatiu ha de ser vigent.<\/li>\n<li><b>Certificat m\u00e8dic ordinari<\/b>&nbsp;que acrediti que no es pateix cap malaltia ni s&#8217;est\u00e0 afectat o afectada per una limitaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica o ps\u00edquica incompatible amb l&#8217;exercici de les funcions corresponents al cos i a l&#8217;especialitat a qu\u00e8 s&#8217;opta, expedit per qualsevol metge o metgessaa de fam\u00edlia dels centres d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria. El Certificat m\u00e8dic ha de fer constar que <b>\u00abno es pateix cap malaltia  ni estar afectat de limitaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica o ps\u00edquica incompatible amb  l&#8217;exercici de les funcions corresponents al cos i l&#8217;especialitat a qu\u00e8  s&#8217;opta.<\/b>\u00ab<\/li>\n<li><b>Declaraci\u00f3 jurada<\/b>&nbsp;o promesa de no haver estat separat o separada, mitjan\u00e7ant expedient disciplinari, del servei de cap Administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica, ni de trobar-se inhabilitat o inhabilitada per a l&#8217;exercici de les funcions p\u00fabliques.
