text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>La III Assemblea de treballadores de l\u2019ensenyament p\u00fablic, celebrada el 25 de gener de 2014, va aprovar amb 91 vots a favor, 4 en contra i 4 abstencions l\u2019inici d\u2019una campanya d\u2019exig\u00e8ncia adre\u00e7ada a la Consellera d\u2019Ensenyament per tal que el Departament declari la insubmissi\u00f3 a la LOMCE i, donades les semblances en diversos aspectes, aturi la LEC (decret de plantilles i d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3).<\/p>\n<p>Us adjuntem la proposta de concreci\u00f3 de la campanya que s&#8217;ha elaborat des de la comissi\u00f3 mixta. A m\u00e9s de reduir la qualitat dels serveis, a tota persona empleada p\u00fablica se li pren una paga extra, se li redueix el sou quan es posa malalta i se li pren un m\u00ednim del 15% de sou i de jornada si \u00e9s personal inter\u00ed o substitut. A m\u00e9s, el Departament d\u2019Ensenyament, espera 15 dies a cobrir una substituci\u00f3, augmenta l\u2019horari lectiu del professorat, est\u00e0 tancant l\u00ednies p\u00fabliques, quan a les concertades se\u2019ls d\u00f3na de marge fins al final de tot el proc\u00e9s d\u2019inscripci\u00f3, i est\u00e0 acceptant unes r\u00e0tios d\u2019alumnes per mestre que signifiquen directament tancar grups p\u00fablics i empitjorar la qualitat de l\u2019ensenyament.<\/p>\n<p>La consellera Rigau est\u00e0 aplicant molts aspectes de la LEC amb la introducci\u00f3 d\u2019una s\u00e8rie de decrets (de provisi\u00f3 i plantilles, autonomia, direcci\u00f3&#8230;) que allunyen al claustre i la resta de la comunitat educativa de la participaci\u00f3 i presa de decisions dels centres educatius i obliga les direccions de centres p\u00fablics a assumir unes responsabilitats que pertanyen a l\u2019administraci\u00f3 educativa. Tot plegat obre la porta a la discrecionalitat, provoca una gran desorganitzaci\u00f3 en els centres educatius i crea les condicions per deteriorar una educaci\u00f3 de qualitat a l\u2019escola p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Per fer front a aquestes pol\u00edtiques tant estatals com catalanes i perqu\u00e8 tenim dret a decidir quina llei d\u2019educaci\u00f3 volem, els sotasignats convoquem a defensar aquestes reivindicacions en les seg\u00fcents accions i mobilitzacions:<\/p>\n<p><b>\u2022 No aplicaci\u00f3 de la LOMCE. Declaraci\u00f3 formal d\u2019insubmissi\u00f3 per part de la Conselleria d\u2019Ensenyament.<\/b><br \/>\n<b>\u2022 No aplicaci\u00f3 de la LEC i retirada del Decret de provisi\u00f3 i plantilles.<\/b><br \/>\n<b>\u2022 Cap tancament a la p\u00fablica.<\/b><br \/>\n<b>\u2022 Substitucions des del 1r dia al 100%.
