Malgrat la vistositat gore de la LOMCE, hem de parar atenci\u00f3 a la duresa de les mesures del Govern catal\u00e0 sobre el sistema educatiu. L\u2019exist\u00e8ncia de la LOMCE no els exculpa. Tampoc les dificultats pressupost\u00e0ries atribu\u00efbles a Madrid.<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nEl pressupost pre-Rigau disposava la despesa de 4.200 euros per alumne. El pressupost de 2014, amb l\u2019augment d\u2019alumnat previst per a setembre, preveu gastar 3.200 euros per alumne. Una reducci\u00f3 del 23,8% no \u00e9s comparable a la caiguda global del pressupost: \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s. Hi ha, per tant, voluntat pol\u00edtica. El Govern catal\u00e0 no \u00e9s, doncs, v\u00edctima de la pol\u00edtica estatal, sin\u00f3 c\u00f2mplice.<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nLa major part de la sacsejada l\u2019absorbim les persones que treballem en l\u2019educaci\u00f3. Retallada salarial directa entorn d\u2019un 15%, m\u00e9s hores de treball, m\u00e9s alumnes per aula, m\u00e9s pressi\u00f3 administrativa, i menys plantilla per a m\u00e9s alumnat. Estem multiplicant la nostra feina per\u00f2, tot i aix\u00ed, no podem reduir l\u2019impacte a zero.<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nNo \u00e9s a les nostres mans la possibilitat de construir centres, ni d\u2019engrandir-los per crear m\u00e9s grups. Les aules acullen m\u00e9s alumnat del previst tant pel que fa a superf\u00edcie per alumne com pel que fa a mestre per alumne. L\u2019eixamplament dels grups i la p\u00e8rdua d\u2019espais (de pati, de dibuix, de psicomotricitat, de m\u00fasica, laboratoris d\u2019idiomes) nom\u00e9s \u00e9s reparable des de l\u2019acci\u00f3 de govern. En aquestes condicions, i amb la matr\u00edcula creixent, no es admissible, per\u00f2 en canvi \u00e9s previsible, que es tanqui cap grup.<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nPer molt que fem, no podem arreglar el desgavell de les substitucions del professorat de l\u2019ensenyament p\u00fablic. Aproximadament un ter\u00e7 de les baixes es queden sense cobrir. I &nbsp;les que es cobreixen, nom\u00e9s en un 86% de la jornada que treballava el titular, encara que la substituci\u00f3 sigui de tot el curs. Queda feina per fer.
