{"id":121793,"date":"2014-09-29T10:55:00","date_gmt":"2014-09-29T08:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/sense-docents-no-hi-ha-educacio\/"},"modified":"2022-07-15T09:48:24","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T07:48:24","slug":"sense-docents-no-hi-ha-educacio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/publica\/sense-docents-no-hi-ha-educacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Sense docents no hi ha educaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/docents_en_lluita_ccoo-1-3.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/docents_en_lluita_ccoo-1-3.jpg\" \/><\/a><b>Sense docents no hi ha educaci\u00f3&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La Federaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 de CCOO inicia una campanya a favor de l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 en l&#8217;ensenyament p\u00fablic. &nbsp;Exigeix recuperar la contractaci\u00f3 de les substitucions al 100% i des del primer dia, \u200b\u200b la baixada de les r\u00e0tios, l&#8217;estabilitat en l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 i un augment en les plantilles per desdoblaments, l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat i especificitats dels ensenyaments i l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 de la taxa de reposici\u00f3, amb ofertes de feina fins a recuperar els llocs de treball perduts.<\/p>\n<p><a name='more'><\/a><br \/>\nDurant els dos \u00faltims anys, s&#8217;han destru\u00eft prop de 33.000 llocs docents en l&#8217;ensenyament p\u00fablic a tot l&#8217;estat i s&#8217;ha potenciat la precarietat en l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3, que afecta ja a 70.000 professionals. A Catalunya s\u00f3n m\u00e9s 3000 llocs de treball docents amortitzats i perduts els \u00faltims quatre anys.<\/p>\n<p><b>CCOO llan\u00e7a una campanya per denunciar les retallades que afecten el professorat i per exigir millores concretes:&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &nbsp;Recuperar la contractaci\u00f3 de les persones substitutes al 100% i des del primer dia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Comptar amb plantilles adequades per a l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a tot l&#8217;alumnat, establint un nombre m\u00e0xim d&#8217;alumnes per grup: Infantil (15), Prim\u00e0ria (20) Secund\u00e0ria Obligat\u00f2ria (25) i Postobligat\u00f2ries (30); aix\u00ed com una atenci\u00f3 adequada i en igualtat de condicions a la resta de l&#8217;alumnat als centres rurals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Assegurar els drets del professorat inter\u00ed i substitut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Garantir els desdoblaments, les especificitats dels cicles formatius i l&#8217;optativitat, m\u00f2duls te\u00f2ric-pr\u00e0ctics de FP, etc&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Limitar\/disminuir la dist\u00e0ncia de les itiner\u00e0ncies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
