Les reconversi\u00f3 generalitzada de<br \/>\n     vacants en substitucions, a la pr\u00e0ctica, impedeix el gaudi de determinats<br \/>\n     drets vinculats a la jornada completa de treball (100%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\nEn la pr\u00e0ctica,<br \/>\ndoncs, els drets s\u00f3n diferents i, des de CCOO, sempre hem<br \/>\nreclamat i aconseguit millores que acosten la<br \/>\nsituaci\u00f3 laboral d&#8217;un i altre col\u00b7lectiu. En temps de crisis la difer\u00e8ncia s\u2019ha<br \/>\nagreujat, per tant ens queda encara, for\u00e7a cam\u00ed per rec\u00f3rrer.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<b>Pots romandre a la llista sense que et nomenin si:<\/b>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Tens una llic\u00e8ncia per infantament, paternitat, per malaltia comuna o accident, acolliment, adopci\u00f3 i la presentes als Serveis Territorials.<\/li>\n<li>Sol\u00b7licites que no et nomenin per poder tenir cura de fill, per tenir cura de familiars amb discapacitat o malaltia greu, per viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere, col\u00b7laborar amb una ONG, o causa greu justificada.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Sol\u00b7licites que no et nomenin per causa de for\u00e7a major (el temps imprescindible. La for\u00e7a major la valora el Departament).<\/li>\n<li>Sol\u00b7licites que no et nomenin per fer estudis de nova especialitat o relacionats amb l&#8217;ensenyament (un curs).<\/li>\n<li>Sol\u00b7licites que no et nomenin perqu\u00e8 ocupes un altre lloc de treball, s\u2019ha de sol\u00b7licitar abans que et nomenin.<\/li>\n<li>Ocupar un c\u00e0rrec pol\u00edtic, c\u00e0rrecs electes retribu\u00efts i amb dedicaci\u00f3 exclusiva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<b>El Departament et traur\u00e0 de la llista si:<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 36pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; text-align: justify; text-autospace: none;\">Renuncies, no acceptes la destinaci\u00f3 adjudicada o<br \/>\n     no prens possessi\u00f3 del lloc adjudicat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; text-align: justify; text-autospace: none;\">No acceptes un nomenament ofert, que consta com a<br \/>\n     preferent, encara que la no acceptaci\u00f3 no es formalitzi per escrit.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; text-align: justify; text-autospace: none;\">No participes en els processos de nomenaments<br \/>\n     sense causa justificada, quan estiguis obligat a participar-hi.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; text-align: justify; text-autospace: none;\">Renuncies a un nomenament vigent.
