{"id":121425,"date":"2014-11-25T18:41:00","date_gmt":"2014-11-25T16:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/pressupostos-les-pagues-del-2015-i-e\/"},"modified":"2022-07-15T09:44:03","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T07:44:03","slug":"pressupostos-les-pagues-del-2015-i-e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/publica\/pressupostos-les-pagues-del-2015-i-e\/","title":{"rendered":"Pressupostos: Les pagues del 2015 i el 100% de jornada i sou dels interins"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/1190015-mesa_sectorial_version2-7.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/1190015-mesa_sectorial_version2-7.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p><b>Pressupostos 2015 (<\/b>Mesa General de la Funci\u00f3 Publica del dilluns 10 de novembre<b>):<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>CCOO no acceptem la possibilitat de la pr\u00f2rroga dels actuals pressupostos.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>CCOO exigim la recuperaci\u00f3 de les condicions laborals i salarials dels empleats p\u00fablics i que s&#8217;aturin les retallades.<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>El Govern s\u2019ha comprom\u00e8s verbalment al pagament complet de totes les pagues del 2015 (12 mensualitats i dues pagues) i la restituci\u00f3 al 100% de la jornada i  sou del personal inter\u00ed.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>\n<\/h3>\n<p><b><\/b><br \/>\n<a name='more'><\/a><b><br \/><\/b><br \/>\nDes de CCOO reconeixem com un aven\u00e7 que en la Mesa d\u2019avui el Govern hagi fet oficial el seu comprom\u00eds (verbal, de moment) pel que fa la les pagues de 2015 i a la recuperaci\u00f3 jornada del personal inter\u00ed, i li demanem que faci propostes de negociaci\u00f3 pel que fa a la resta de demandes. <b><br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><u>I les pagues del 2014?<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>El Govern continuar\u00e0 amb la retallada de la paga de nadal de 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Com recordareu, els pressupostos del 2014, aprovats amb el suport d&#8217;ERC, contemplaven cobrar totes les pagues. Per\u00f2 aquest cobrarment estava condicionat als ingressos provinents de l&#8217;impost sobre dip\u00f2sits bancaris. El Director de Pressupostos ens ha confirmat que els bancs han presentat <b>avals per uns 700 milions d&#8217;euros<\/b>, suficients per cobrar les pagues de 2014. Per\u00f2 que no disposen dels diners (s\u00ed dels avals) ja que el tema est\u00e0 als jutjats, pel recurs que van presentar els bancs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Com CCOO vam denunciar en el seu moment, \u00e9s lamentable que es condicionin conceptes retributius a soposats ingressos, que poden o no realitzar-se. Per\u00f2 ja aqu\u00ed, hem exigit complir amb el que es preveu als aactuals pressupostos, i seguir oberta la recuperaci\u00f3 de la paga de 2014, aix\u00ed com obrir negociacions per la recuperaci\u00f3 de la resta.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong><u>Oposicions per al 2015?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 20px;\">\nEls govern est\u00e0 disposat a negociar una oferta d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica per al 2015, i per aix\u00f2 ens ha demanat propostes.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 20px;\">\nEn la Mesa sectorial d&#8217;ensenyament, el Departament ja va comunicar als sindicats que valora seriosament la possibilitat de convocar oposicions d\u2019algunes especialitats. En els propers dies podrem concretar m\u00e9s les propostes de places i les possibles especialitats.<\/div>\n<p>\n<b><u>El Govern del No-No:<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>La representaci\u00f3 del Govern ha mostrar la seva negativa a les propostes sindicals per recuperar poder adquisitiu, condicions laborals i ocupaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica. En concret han dit que no a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El <b>pagament immediat dels 44 dies<\/b> de la part descomptada de forma il\u00b7legal de la paga de 2012, de la que altres comunitats ja han acordat el retorn. Tamb\u00e9 &nbsp;el Govern central ha aprovat en pressupostos de 2015 el retorn del 25% de la paga. Aquesta part correspon \u00abcasualment\u00bb a la part meritada de la paga i \u00e9s la que els Tribunals estan sentenciant favorablement pel retorn als empleats p\u00fablics.<\/li>\n<li>Recuperar el Fons d\u2019Acci\u00f3 Social destinat a compensar a personal que ha patit circumst\u00e0ncies adverses.<\/li>\n<li>La millora i extensi\u00f3 a tots els sectors de la Generalitat de les mesures de conciliaci\u00f3 de la vida laboral i personal.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019establiment d\u2019un calendari de negociaci\u00f3 per recuperar poder adquisitiu, la part pendent de la paga de 2012 i les pagues de 2013 i 2014.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nLa falta de soluci\u00f3 a tots els temes pendents mantindria una situaci\u00f3 de discriminaci\u00f3 dels treballadors i treballadores de la Generalitat respecte als d\u2019altres administracions de Catalunya i respecte als d\u2019altres comunitats aut\u00f2nomes. I ens anima a seguir pressionant i mobilitzant.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<br \/>\n<b style=\"background-color: yellow;\"><u>Hem de continuar la lluita i la pressi\u00f3 pels pressupostos 2015 amb recuperaci\u00f3 de drets i salaris!<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/><\/b><br \/>\nLes cont\u00ednues pressions donen frutis. Per\u00f2 el comprom\u00eds del Govern \u00e9s de moment verbal, i per aix\u00f2 no hem d&#8217;aturar-nos fins que sigui aprovat i publicat al DOGC. No ens fiem.<\/p>\n<p>CCOO exigim uns pressupostos de 2015 que assegurin la recuperaci\u00f3 de drets i salaris. No acceptem una pr\u00f2rroga dels actuals pressupostos,&nbsp;que condemnarien els empleats i empleades p\u00fablics de Catalunya&nbsp;a patir una any m\u00e9s les brutals agressions als seus drets laborals i socials. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CCOO seguirem fent crides a la mobilitzaci\u00f3 contra les retallades i per la recuperaci\u00f3 dels nostres drets i salaris. Us demanem us afegiu. Ja sabeu que qui lluita pot guanyar, qui renuncia ja ha perdut!<\/p>\n<p>Ara que es negocien els pressupostos, hem de seguir pressionant. \u00c9s a les nostres mans aturar les retallades i recuperar drts i salaris.
