{"id":121354,"date":"2014-12-04T12:16:00","date_gmt":"2014-12-04T10:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/la-pressio-sostinguda-i-la-lluita\/"},"modified":"2022-07-15T09:43:39","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T07:43:39","slug":"la-pressio-sostinguda-i-la-lluita","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/noticies\/publica\/la-pressio-sostinguda-i-la-lluita\/","title":{"rendered":"La pressi\u00f3 sostinguda i la lluita desbloqueja la negociaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/logo_mros-1.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/logo_mros-1.jpg\" \/><\/a><b>Desbloquejada la negociaci\u00f3 a la Mesa General de la Funci\u00f3 P\u00fablica per negociar les condicions dels empleats p\u00fablics en els Pressupostos de la Generalitat.<\/b><br \/>\n<b style=\"background-color: yellow; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b style=\"background-color: yellow; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Avui hem arribat a l\u2019acord<\/b>&nbsp;<b>que&nbsp;<\/b><b style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">far\u00e0 possible el cobrament de totes les pagues de 2015 i la recuperaci\u00f3 de la jornada i el salari de tot el personal inter\u00ed al 100% a partir de l&#8217;1 de gener de 2015.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<b><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<br \/>\n<a name='more'><\/a><br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"315\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GSACU2i9a5c?rel=0\" width=\"560\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\nA &nbsp;la Reuni\u00f3 de la Mesa general de la Funci\u00f3 P\u00fablica de la Generalitat d&#8217;avui 28 de novembre, els sindicats i l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 &nbsp;<b style=\"background-color: yellow;\">hem arribat a l\u2019acord<\/b> que <b>far\u00e0 possible el cobrament de totes les pagues de 2015 i la recuperaci\u00f3 de la jornada i el salari de tot el personal inter\u00ed al 100% a partir de l&#8217;1 de gener de 2015.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa la resta de temes com \u00e9s el <b>cobrament dels 44 dies de 2012, l\u2019establiment d\u2019un calendari de negociaci\u00f3 &nbsp;per &nbsp;la recuperaci\u00f3 de la pagues de 2013 i 2014, l\u2019oferta d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i la millora de les condicions socials i laborals,<\/b> hem acordat seguir les negociacions al llarg del per\u00edode de tramitaci\u00f3 de la &nbsp;Llei de Pressupostos de la Generalitat.<\/p>\n<p>CCOO &nbsp;aprecia un canvi significatiu en l\u2019actitud de la representaci\u00f3 del Govern que ha perm\u00e8s que, per primera vegada en molt de temps, ha fet possible &nbsp;una negociaci\u00f3 veritable i &nbsp;el desbloqueig de la &nbsp;Mesa General.<\/p>\n<p>\nEstem conven\u00e7uts que la pressi\u00f3 unit\u00e0ria i des de diferents fronts, al carrer, als tribunals i <a href=\"http:\/\/educacio.ccoo.cat\/search\/label\/CCOOexigeix\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">a les portes del Departament<\/a>, on ja portem un mes plantats exigint negociar la recuperaci\u00f3 dels nostres drets i sous&#8230;, han fet possible el desbloqueig de la negociaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><b><u><br \/><\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b><u>La lluita ha de continuar<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>No diguis blat fins que sigui al sac i ben lligat.<\/b><\/li>\n<li>En els propers dies i setmanes cal continuar combinant aquesta estrat\u00e8gia de pressi\u00f3 i negociaci\u00f3, fins que aquests acords i aquests compromisos del Govern siguin al sac i ben lligats.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ho vam anunciar: CCOO exig\u00edem uns pressupostos pel 2015 que asseguressin l&#8217;inici de la recuperaci\u00f3 dels nostres drets i salaris. Per aix\u00f2 vam iniciar una lluita i una mobilitzaci\u00f3 sostinguda contra les retallades conven\u00e7uts de que amb la lluita es pot guanyar, i amb la ren\u00fancia a la mobilitzaci\u00f3 ja s&#8217;ha perdut!.<\/p>\n<p>El moment actual, de preparaci\u00f3 i negociaci\u00f3 dels pressupostos pel 2015, era l&#8217;esperat per incloure el m\u00e0xim de millores possibles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No renunciem a res. Hem de seguir pressionant i mobilitzant. \u00c9s a les nostres mans aturar les retallades i recuperar tots els drets i salaris. Hem de seguir practicant la possibilitat de guanyar!<\/p>\n<p><b>Aturem les retallades, recuperem drets i salaris:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Recuperaci\u00f3 de la paga de 2012.&nbsp;Que s\u2019aboni la part meritada (44 dies) de la paga retallada el 2012, <b>tal com s\u2019est\u00e0 fent a la resta d\u2019administracions.<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022 Establiment de terminis per recuperar les pagues de 2013 i 2014.<br \/>\n\u2022 Recuperaci\u00f3 del poder adquisitiu perdut des de l\u2019any 2010.<br \/>\n\u2022 Restabliment de la jornada i el salari del personal inter\u00ed al 100%.<br \/>\n\u2022 Cobertura de les baixes des del 1er dia.<br \/>\n\u2022 Millora de les condicions d\u2019Incapacitat Transit\u00f2ria.<br \/>\n\u2022 Recuperaci\u00f3 d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 i l\u2019estabilitat.<br \/>\n\u2022 Recuperaci\u00f3 de permisos per conciliaci\u00f3 i negociaci\u00f3 de noves mesures de conciliaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n\u2022 Recuperaci\u00f3 dels nostres drets: Fons Acci\u00f3 Social, Productivitat (les diferents modalitats sectorials), primer estadi al 6\u00e8 any,&#8230;<br \/>\n\u2022 Baixada de r\u00e0tios.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: white;
