DOGC N\u00fam. 6780 &#8211; 31.12.2014<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CCOO es felicita d\u2019aquest primer pas adre\u00e7at cap a la fi de la precarietat laboral de molts dels nostres companys i companyes substituts. Malgrat aix\u00f2, queda un cam\u00ed llarg per a la recuperaci\u00f3 dels drets i salaris.<\/p>\n<p>No renunciem a res. Hem de seguir pressionant i mobilitzant. \u00c9s a les nostres mans aturar les retallades i recuperar tots els drets i salaris. La lluita ha de continuar.<\/p>\n<p>Volem:&nbsp;<br \/>\n\u2022 La recuperaci\u00f3 de la paga de 2012. Que s\u2019aboni la part meritada (44 dies) de la paga retallada el 2012, tal com s\u2019est\u00e0 fent a la resta d\u2019administracions.<br \/>\n\u2022 L&#8217;establiment de terminis per recuperar les pagues de 2013 i 2014.<br \/>\n\u2022 La recuperaci\u00f3 del poder adquisitiu perdut des de l\u2019any 2010.<br \/>\n\u2022 La cobertura de les baixes des del 1r dia.<br \/>\n\u2022 La millora de les condicions d\u2019Incapacitat Transit\u00f2ria.<br \/>\n\u2022 La recuperaci\u00f3 de l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 i l\u2019estabilitat.<br \/>\n\u2022 La recuperaci\u00f3 de permisos per a la conciliaci\u00f3 i la negociaci\u00f3 de noves mesures de conciliaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n\u2022 La recuperaci\u00f3 dels nostres drets: Fons d\u2019Acci\u00f3 Social, Productivitat (les diferents modalitats sectorials), primer estadi al 6\u00e8 any, reducci\u00f3 de la jornada lectiva&#8230;<br \/>\n\u2022 La baixada de r\u00e0tios.<\/p>\n<p>\nA partir de l&#8217;1 de gener les jornades tornaran a la situaci\u00f3 que hi havia abans de l&#8217;any 2012.<\/p>\n<p><b>Restabliment de les modalitats de jornada:<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022 Jornada complerta: 100%<br \/>\n\u2022 1\/2 + 1\/3 de jornada: 83,33 %<br \/>\n\u2022 2\/3 de jornada: 66,66%<br \/>\n\u2022 1\/2 jornada: 50%<br \/>\n\u2022 1\/3 de jornada: 33,33%<\/p>\n<p>La n\u00f2mina tornar\u00e0 a tancar-se amb 4 decimals.<\/p>\n<p>El personal substitut que tingui un nomenament m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l\u20191 de gener de 2015, generar\u00e0 un nou nomenament, adaptat a la nova dedicaci\u00f3 hor\u00e0ria i salarial, que mantindr\u00e0 la mateixa data de finalitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Caldr\u00e0 adaptar l\u2019aplicatiu de nomenaments telem\u00e0tics a les noves jornades laborals abans de l\u20191 de gener.<\/p>\n<p>Canvis en la normativa: es modificar\u00e0 la resoluci\u00f3 que estableix els criteris per a la gesti\u00f3 de la borsa de personal docent per tal d\u2019adaptar-la a la nova situaci\u00f3 (abans de Nadal).<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019informar\u00e0 als centres docents, des dels Serveis Territorials, de les modificacions hor\u00e0ries del personal docent inter\u00ed\/substitut que estigui prestant serveis.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div style=\"background-color: white;
