CCOO hem lluitat perqu\u00e8 tothom i sense excepcions recuperi &nbsp;el 25% de la paga de desembre de 2012. I hem aconseguit aix\u00f2 <b>sense cap cost addicional amb reclamacions judicials individuals<\/b>. Era just que se\u2019ns retorn\u00e9s a tothom el que \u00e9s nostre, sense excepcions i sense cap cost econ\u00f2mic afegit.<\/p>\n<p><b>CCOO mantindrem la pressi\u00f3 durant la negociaci\u00f3<\/b>, i durant tot el temps que calgui. CCOO seguirem dir\u00e0riament plantats a les portes del Departament. Aquesta lluita la vam comen\u00e7ar el passat 23 d\u2019octubre i ja portem prop de 60 dies. I continuem\u2026<\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote class=\"tr_bq\"><p>\n<b>Ha quedat demostrat que l\u2019acci\u00f3 col\u2022lectiva \u00e9s m\u00e9s \u00fatil que qualsevol reclamaci\u00f3 individual per defensar els drets col\u2022lectius<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>\n El retorn de la resta de la paga de 2012<\/h3>\n<p>CCOO exigim al Govern d\u2019Espanya &nbsp;que, de la mateixa manera que ens va aplicar a tothom la retallada de la paga de 2012, &nbsp;ens &nbsp;torni el 100% de la paga com es van comprometre, sense esperar la sent\u00e8ncia del Tribunal Constitucional.<\/p>\n<h3>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/Pt8k-DIuSO4UPQzR4UJ7SAABOIe9aZyCyml5n50kv2A0p2VCjYoV5P7EAWURlSAixZNMCw=w2516-h1050\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em; text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/Pt8k-DIuSO4UPQzR4UJ7SAABOIe9aZyCyml5n50kv2A0p2VCjYoV5P7EAWURlSAixZNMCw=w2516-h1050\" height=\"400\" width=\"275\" \/><\/a>Paga de 2013 i 2014<\/h3>\n<p>La retallada d\u2019aquestes pagues \u00e9s responsabilitat exclusiva del govern de la Generalitat. CCOO exigim la negociaci\u00f3 immediata d\u2019un calendari de devolucions i mant\u00e9 les reclamacions jur\u00eddiques corresponents.<\/p>\n<h3>\nPaga de 2015<\/h3>\n<p>Cobrarem la paga de 2015. Com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de la pressi\u00f3 sindical el govern de la Generalitat va dictar el Decret Llei 9\/2014 de 30 de desembre, de mesures urgents en mat\u00e8ria de personal, on decreta que resten sense efecte, per a l\u2019exercici 2015, les mesures previstes a la Llei 1\/2014, de 27 de gener, i que permet entre d\u2019altres la recuperaci\u00f3 de la paga del 2015<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<br \/><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<br \/><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\nCCOO no renuncia a res:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\nHo vol tot i continuem mobilitzats<\/h2>\n\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p>CCOO no donem per finalitzada la negociaci\u00f3 per incorporar noves millores laborals en els pressupostos de 2015.&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 volem un calendari per a cobrar les pagues  del  2013 i la de 2014&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 volem oferta d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica durant 2015&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 volem les substitucions des del 1r dia&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 volem l\u2019assoliment del 1r estadi als 6 anys&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 volem cobrar el 100% en cas de baixa&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 volem la reducci\u00f3 de la jornada lectiva&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 volem recuperar el Fons d\u2019Acci\u00f3 Social&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 volem recuperar tot all\u00f2 que ens han tret i quan diem tot \u00e9s tot Perqu\u00e8 volem  derogar la LOMCE  i els decrets de la LEC que aposten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b style=\"background-color: yellow;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/d5d06532cdd9600e7499a01fdffa65fcd36b32f9.googledrive.com\/host\/0B4FxruDWqNiFM09DNnItaElic00\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LLEGEIX EL FULL ACTUALITAT EN FORMAT PDF (+)<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/caraavolemelpasencerencarna-354x1024-1.jpg\" height=\"400\" width=\"137\" \/><\/a>L\u2019acord d\u2019avui de la Mesa General de la Funci\u00f3 P\u00fablica d\u00f3na la ra\u00f3 als sindicats que, com CCOO, van optar per defensar la negociaci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva i la mobilitzaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 tothom i sense excepcions, recuper\u00e9s el 25% de la paga de desembre de 2012 i sense cap cost addicional amb reclamacions judicials individuals. Era necessari que se\u2019ns retorn\u00e9s a tothom, sense excepcions i sense cap cost econ\u00f2mic.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop aconseguida la recuperaci\u00f3 de la paga del 2015, de la restituci\u00f3 del 100% de la jornada i el salari del personal inter\u00ed i de part de la paga de 2012, CCOO exigeix al Govern de la Generalitat l\u2019establiment d\u2019un calendari de negociacions per recuperar les condicions laborals i socials que ens van arrabassar de forma unilateral, per decret, des del 2010.<\/p>\n<p>CCOO hem plantejat a la reuni\u00f3 de la Mesa l\u2019establiment d\u2019un calendari de reunions per negociar els punts que tenim pendents:<\/p>\n<p><b>-Convocat\u00f2ria d\u2019oferta p\u00fablica d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 per recuperar part dels m\u00e9s de 10.000 llocs de treball perduts en els darrers anys i per reduir el percentatge de treball en precari.<\/p>\n<p>-Recuperaci\u00f3 del Fons d\u2019Acci\u00f3 Social.<\/p>\n<p>-Millorar i estendre a tots els treballadors i treballadores de la Generalitat les mesures de conciliaci\u00f3 de la vida laboral i personal.<\/p>\n<p>-Acordar l\u2019establiment d\u2019un calendari de negociaci\u00f3 per recuperar poder adquisitiu, la part pendent de la paga de 2012 i les pagues de 2013 i 2014.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\nCCOO mantindr\u00e0 la pressi\u00f3 i la mobilitzaci\u00f3 durant la negociaci\u00f3, ja que estem decidits a seguir lluitant per la recuperaci\u00f3 dels nostres drets i dignitat.<\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<b style=\"background-color: yellow;\">CCOO davant la mesa de la funci\u00f3 p\u00fablica per la negociaci\u00f3 de les pagues extraordin\u00e0ries que ens deuen!
