Mitjan\u00e7ant aquest Acord, el Govern torna a ordenar la minoraci\u00f3 d\u2019un 5% del salari anual de 2012, que havia quedat sense efecte, per norma i de fet, en aplicar el Reial Decret Llei de 13 de juliol de 2012.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cap c\u00e0rrec de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 ha informat els i les representants dels treballadors i treballadores de com es retornarien els 44 dies. Tot i aix\u00ed, des de l\u2019\u00c0rea P\u00fablica de CCOO hem conegut que el Departament d\u2019Economia i Coneixement de la Generalitat ha donat instruccions per a l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de les n\u00f2mines del mar\u00e7, segons les quals una part de la plantilla no percebr\u00e0 de forma \u00edntegra aquests 44 dies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/humiliaciopaga-1-742x1024-2.gif\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/humiliaciopaga-1-742x1024-2.gif\" height=\"320\" width=\"231\" \/><\/a>CCOO vol manifestar el rebuig a l\u2019Acord de Govern i a les instruccions que ha donat el Departament d\u2019Economia i Coneixement perqu\u00e8 contradiuen les manifestacions de la Sra.
