Aquest \u00e9s el sentit de no haver tornat \u00edntegrament el 24,04\u20ac de la paga de 2012 a tot el personal, cosa que s\u00ed que han fet tant les comunitats aut\u00f2nomes com el govern central. Aix\u00ed queda escrit en l\u2019Acord de Govern de 10 de mar\u00e7 de 2015.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El govern de la Generalitat va incomplir l\u2019acord assolit en la Mesa General amb tots els sindicats representatius de tornar el 24,04% de la paga retinguda l\u2019any 2012. Aqu\u00ed podeu comprovar la difer\u00e8ncia entre l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de l\u2019acord i el que realment ens han tornat: (<a href=\"http:\/\/ves.cat\/mdkW\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Enlla\u00e7 a full de c\u00e0lcul<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>El govern de la Generalitat ens aplica una retallada del 5% sobre el salari anual de 2012 que haur\u00edem d\u2019haver cobrat (14 pagues) i no sobre el salari real (vam cobrar 13 pagues) que figura en el certificat de retribucions per a la Declaraci\u00f3 de la Renda de 2012.<\/p>\n<p>CCOO considera que la normativa que han aplicat havia quedat derogada de fet, en aplicar el Reial Decret Llei del Govern central i que la Generalitat s\u2019est\u00e0 apropiant de forma no l\u00edcita d\u2019una part de les retribucions dels seus treballadors i treballadores.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Amb la seva actuaci\u00f3, el Govern de la Generalitat torna a discriminar els seus treballadors i treballadores i serem els \u00fanics empleats p\u00fablics del nostre pa\u00eds i del conjunt de l\u2019Estat Espanyol que no rebrem de forma \u00edntegra aquest retorn. CCOO volem denunciar que el &nbsp;amb l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes mesures l\u2019actual govern de la Generalitat pret\u00e9n no pagar la resta de la paga de 2012 encara que s\u00ed ho fes el Govern Central.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<b>CCOO segueix treballant en una soluci\u00f3 per al conjunt de les persones afectades<\/b><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>CCOO ha recorregut per la via Contenciosa Administrativa l\u2019Acord de Govern del 10 de mar\u00e7 de 2015<\/li>\n<li>CCOO tramita reclamacions individuals mostrals, pr\u00e8vies al Contenci\u00f3s, de treballadors o treballadores concrets de cada sector per, en cas de sent\u00e8ncia favorable, demanar-ne l\u2019extensi\u00f3 a tot el sector (aix\u00f2 nom\u00e9s suposa despesa per l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 que la fa i no per a cada persona).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Accions reivindicatives, de les quals us anirem informant puntualment. En aquest sentit, \u00e9s imprescindible la unitat sindical i no utilitzar les accions de tipus judicial com a eines de publicitat \u201cpartidista\u201d amb informacions que s\u00f3n parcialment o totalment incertes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>CCOO seguirem igualment en la via de la negociaci\u00f3 col\u2022lectiva, per aconseguir una soluci\u00f3 general, per al conjunt de treballadors i treballadores que representem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><b style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/7fd4e794d913baf5c2280894302cb694d443cdd7.googledrive.com\/host\/0B4FxruDWqNiFT1JXa1JXVHlpQkE\" style=\"background-color: yellow;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Full en format PDF (+) &nbsp;<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>CCOO no renuncia a res: ho vol tot i continuem mobilitzats!&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Estem decidits a seguir lluitant!
