padding: 0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; width: 218.05pt;\" valign=\"top\" width=\"291\">\n<div class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"margin: 0cm 1.65pt 4pt 0cm; text-align: justify;\">\nPer<br \/>\n  al c\u00e0lcul del percentatge es pren com a refer\u00e8ncia la retribuci\u00f3 cobrada<br \/>\n  l\u2019\u00faltim mes sense baixa.<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>(Decret Llei 2\/2013, de 19 de mar\u00e7, que modifica el Decret Llei 2\/2012, de 25 de setembre)<\/p>\n\n<h4>\nEXCEPCIONS:<\/h4>\n<p>Es percebr\u00e0 el 100% de les retribucions des del primer dia en els casos seg\u00fcents:<br \/>\n\u2022 Accidents laborals<br \/>\n\u2022 Malalties professionals<br \/>\n\u2022 Embar\u00e0s&nbsp;<br \/>\n\u2022 V\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere<br \/>\n\u2022 Hospitalitzaci\u00f3 i\/o intervenci\u00f3 quir\u00fargica.&nbsp;<br \/>\n\u2022 Tractaments oncol\u00f2gics&nbsp;<br \/>\nEn tots aquests casos, per cobrar el 100% s\u2019ha de presentar sol\u2022licitud de millora del complement mitjan\u00e7ant model a ATRI.<\/p>\n\n<h4>\nHospitalitzacions i\/o intervencions quir\u00fargiques<\/h4>\n<p>Es tindr\u00e0 dret a la percepci\u00f3 del 100% de les retribucions en els sup\u00f2sits en qu\u00e8 la situaci\u00f3 de baixa impliqui una intervenci\u00f3 quir\u00fargica o una hospitalitzaci\u00f3, encara que aquestes tinguin lloc en un moment posterior a l\u2019inici de la baixa, sempre i quan es correspongui a un mateix proc\u00e9s patol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n<p>Els sup\u00f2sits d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 quir\u00fargica es complementaran al 100% sempre que requereixin rep\u00f2s domiciliari i derivin dels tractaments inclosos en la cartera b\u00e0sica dels serveis del sistema nacional de salut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<h4>\nLes retribucions en cas de baixes pel mateix motiu<\/h4>\n<p>En cas de successives baixes pel mateix motiu, el Departament no aplicar\u00e0 la retallada retributiva a partir del moment en qu\u00e8 la baixa per recaiguda (acumulada al nombre de dies de la primera) passi del 21\u00e8 dia. La segona baixa pel mateix motiu comen\u00e7a a comptar a partir del nombre de dies de la primera.<\/p>\n\n<h4>\nCCOO: lluitar, negociar, tornar a lluitar<\/h4>\n<p>CCOO continuem la lluita contra les mesures dels governs catal\u00e0 i central.&nbsp;<br \/>\nAmb la pressi\u00f3 exercida fins ara hem aconseguit negociar que aquestes situacions siguin menys lesives. Hem deixat tamb\u00e9 una porta oberta a introduir millores per persones que necessitin especial protecci\u00f3.&nbsp;<br \/>\nSabem que no hem acabat la feina, i que cal seguir en la mobilitzaci\u00f3 i en la negociaci\u00f3.
