El Departament ha defensat el Pla Pilot sense aportar cap dada objectiva, cap estudi, cap informe, etc., que justifiqui la conveni\u00e8ncia o la necessitat d\u2019implantar aquest sistema a tots els centres. Per d\u2019altra banda ha reconegut que cal millorar-lo i a tal efecte proposa:<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px; vertical-align: baseline;\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;\">\nLa participaci\u00f3 de dos membres dels centre a l\u2019entrevista.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px; vertical-align: baseline;\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;\">\nLa comunicaci\u00f3 al Consell Escolar de les substitucions que s\u2019han cobert amb aquest procediment.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px; vertical-align: baseline;\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;\">\nQue l\u2019inspector\/a del centre supervisi aquests nomenaments.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"background-color: white; color: #222222; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-left: 36pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;\">\nCCOO Educaci\u00f3 i la resta de sindicats hem mostrat la nostra oposici\u00f3 al Pla Pilot per la manca de transpar\u00e8ncia i d\u2019objectivitat en aquest tipus de contractaci\u00f3 dins de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 P\u00fablica<\/div>\n<p><br style=\"background-color: white; color: #222222;\" \/><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<ul style=\"background-color: white; color: #222222; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 700; list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px; vertical-align: baseline;\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;\">\nLes substitucions d\u2019inici de curs, que darrerament el Departament d\u2019Ensenyament feia coincidir amb el 1r dia lectiu del curs, s\u2019avan\u00e7aran, per\u00f2 no han volgut concretar en quina data.&nbsp;CCOO Educaci\u00f3 i la resta de sindicats hem demanat al Departament que aquesta data sigui el dijous 1 de setembre.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px; vertical-align: baseline;\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;\">\nEls Professors T\u00e8cnics de Formaci\u00f3 Professional que no tinguin l\u2019acreditaci\u00f3 es mantindran a la borsa per\u00f2 no podran ser nomenats mentre a la Borsa hi hagi personal amb l\u2019acreditaci\u00f3. Si en el futur aconsegueixen l\u2019acreditaci\u00f3, podran ser nomenats amb normalitat.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"background-color: white; color: #222222; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px; vertical-align: baseline;\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;\">\nEn quan a la petici\u00f3 d\u2019un 2n Servei Territorial, el Departament ens ha manifestat que a la pr\u00e0ctica no t\u00e9 cap sentit i que la no acceptaci\u00f3 d\u2019una substituci\u00f3 dins del 2n Servei Territorial no pot ser motiu d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 de la borsa.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px; vertical-align: baseline;\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;\">\nEl Departament s\u2019ha comprom\u00e8s a millorar els Procediment per cobrir les substitucions de Dif\u00edcil Cobertura i el Procediment d\u2019Urg\u00e8ncia donat l\u2019alt nombre de queixes que els sindicats hem rebut per la manca de transpar\u00e8ncia i de garanties dels docents.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" style=\"font-weight: 700; list-style-type: disc; margin-left: 15px; vertical-align: baseline;\">\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;\">\nA petici\u00f3 de CCOO Educaci\u00f3 el Departament s\u2019ha comprom\u00e8s a estudiar la possibilitat d\u2019incorporar, dins dels sup\u00f2sits de substitucions des del 1r dia, al personal de CREIS ( Centres Residencials d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 &nbsp;Intensiva ).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"background-color: white; color: #222222; line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt; text-align: justify;\">\nA m\u00e9s, des de CCOO Educaci\u00f3 hem realitzat les seg\u00fcents peticions:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color: #ffff99; margin-bottom: 3%; padding: 5%; text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: start;\">\n<li>Cobrir totes les substitucions des del 1r dia.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Que el personal substitut que hagi treballat m\u00e9s de sis mesos cobri el mes de juliol.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Que els nomenaments posteriors a l\u20191 de mar\u00e7 que serveixen per cobrir una vacant, siguin considerats vacants i no substitucions com fa actualment el Departament, perjudicant als docents que ocupen aquests llocs de treball i tindrien la possibilitat de cobrar i computar a efectes de temps treballat els mesos de juliol i agost.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Eliminar la jornada d\u20191\/3 i per tant, que la jornada m\u00ednima torni a ser \u00bd jornada.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Definir millor els criteris de substitucions en Aules i Centres de Formaci\u00f3 de Persones Adultes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<ul style=\"background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: small; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NOVETATS EN ELS CRITERIS DE GESTI\u00d3 DE LA BORSA DE TREBALL DE PERSONAL DOCENT PER AL CURS 2016-2017.
