El passat divendres a la Mesa sectorial el Departament va tirar endavant, sense l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 dels sindicats, un acord de govern que <b style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">prorroga la retallada <\/b>de la reducci\u00f3 de les dues hores lectives pel personal docent major de 55 anys.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-FbHMpsFBP1c\/WzncQfvk4WI\/AAAAAAAACyk\/rhDlogde_kgR80ADbYU_zu-xLfEYYlzKgCLcBGAs\/s1600\/55%2Banys.PNG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2022\/07\/55anys.png\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"503\" data-original-width=\"503\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Davant la negativa a retirar el punt de l&#8217;acord que suposa aquesta nova retallada, vam <b style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">aconseguir la convocat\u00f2ria d&#8217;una mesa sectorial pel 26 de setembre<\/b> per iniciar la <b style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\">negociaci\u00f3 del retorn de les condicions laborals perdudes<\/b> aquests \u00faltims anys i la negociaci\u00f3 real per la millora de les condicions laborals del personal docent. El retorn d&#8217;aquest<b style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"> dret que CCOO va aconseguir en el 2005<\/b> ser\u00e0 inq\u00fcestionable en la negociaci\u00f3 i estarem preparats per comprovar si realment el nou Conseller vol deixar enrere les \u00abvelles retallades\u00bb apostant per un model d&#8217;escola catalana que no menyspre\u00ef als i les docents.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aix\u00ed doncs, el personal <b>docent major de 55 anys<\/b> podr\u00e0 sol\u00b7licitar les <b>dues hores complement\u00e0ries per\u00f2 no<\/b> podr\u00e0 gaudir de la reducci\u00f3 <b>lectiva <\/b>de la seva jornada. El Departament habilitar\u00e0 uns dies per fer la corresponent sol\u00b7licitud a les direccions dels centres.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">CCOO no fem vacances en la defensa dels drets i el 26 de setembre estarem preparats per exigir el que \u00e9s nostre.
