aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-2d193edd-b509-4125-88cf-28b66e1418df\">Baixa<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ASPECTES GENERALS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qualsevol abs\u00e8ncia del lloc de treball ha de ser comunicada com m\u00e9s aviat millor (tel\u00e8fon, correu electr\u00f2nic, av\u00eds d\u2019un familiar&#8230;), al director o la directora, amb independ\u00e8ncia que posteriorment es justi\ufb01qui documentalment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les abs\u00e8ncies que no siguin justi\ufb01cades documentalment o la justi\ufb01caci\u00f3 es consideri insu\ufb01cient comporten la deducci\u00f3 en les retribucions per incompliment de la jornada sense justi\ufb01caci\u00f3, sense perjudici que puguin ser constitutives de falta disciplin\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cap cas els justi\ufb01cants documentals han de contenir dades sobre la salut de les persones (dades sobre diagn\u00f2stic, proves m\u00e8diques realitzades&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La direcci\u00f3 haur\u00e0 de deixar const\u00e0ncia a l\u2019expedient, mitjan\u00e7ant dilig\u00e8ncia, la justi\ufb01caci\u00f3 de l\u2019abs\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En els centres i serveis educatius, la responsabilitat del control de la jornada i l\u2019horari recau en el director o la directora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3 sup\u00f2sits de justi\ufb01caci\u00f3 d\u2019abs\u00e8ncies per salut:<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PER MOTIUS DE SALUT <\/strong><strong>SENSE BAIXA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No sempre s\u2019ha d\u2019agafar la baixa m\u00e8dica. Es disposa de 15 hores laborables d\u2019abs\u00e8ncies (o les que corresponguin en funci\u00f3 de la jornada redu\u00efda) per motius de salut sense baixa laboral per curs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per cada dia d\u2019abs\u00e8ncia es descomptaran 7,5 hores, independentment de l\u2019horari que es tingui aquell dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IMPORTANT: No computen dins d\u2019aquestes 15 hores:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A. Les que a l\u2019endem\u00e0 derivin en una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019incapacitat temporal amb la presentaci\u00f3 de la baixa m\u00e8dica. La baixa s\u2019ha de presentar no m\u00e9s tard del 3r dia de la IT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B. Les abs\u00e8ncies derivades de l\u2019embar\u00e0s i de malalties cr\u00f2niques o oncol\u00f2giques, no comporten descompte retributiu: s\u2019han d\u2019acreditar pr\u00e8viament mitjan\u00e7ant un informe m\u00e8dic. Les posteriors abs\u00e8ncies s\u2019han de justi\ufb01car amb el document de declaraci\u00f3 responsable i\/o amb visita m\u00e8dica, sense que sigui aplicable el l\u00edmit de 15 hores laborables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si es gasten aquestes 15 hores per raons de salut durant el curs, caldr\u00e0 justi\ufb01car les posteriors abs\u00e8ncies amb la baixa m\u00e8dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Justi\ufb01caci\u00f3: amb el document \u201cDeclaraci\u00f3 responsable justi\ufb01cada d\u2019abs\u00e8ncies per motius de salut (&#8230;)\u201d, marcant la primera casella i que es troba al Portal del Departament. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2025\/02\/absencies-per-motius-de-salut_250212_211838.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2025\/02\/absencies-per-motius-de-salut_250212_211838.pdf\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El document de declaraci\u00f3 responsable s\u2019ha de fer arribar al director o directora el mateix dia de la reincorporaci\u00f3 al lloc de treball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consulta del saldo d\u2019hores d\u2019abs\u00e8ncies: es pot mirar al portal ATRI (Gesti\u00f3 del temps\/ Expedient d&#8217;absentisme\/ Expedient\/ Consulta).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PER ASSIST\u00c8NCIA A CONSULTA M\u00c8DIA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si no hi ha possibilitat de visita fora de l\u2019horari de treball, cal justi\ufb01car-la amb els dos documents que s\u2019han de presentar a la direcci\u00f3 del centre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cDeclaraci\u00f3 responsable\u2026\u201d, marcant la segona casella ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2025\/02\/absencies-per-motius-de-salut_250212_211838.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ccoo.cat\/educacio\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/139\/2025\/02\/absencies-per-motius-de-salut_250212_211838.pdf\">aqu\u00ed <\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document acreditatiu d\u2019atenci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es concedeix pel temps indispensable per anar i tornar al lloc de treball. No comporta descompte retributiu. No es descompta de les 15 hores d\u2019abs\u00e8ncies per motius de salut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019acompanyament a un familiar a consulta m\u00e8dica no \u00e9s una abs\u00e8ncia sin\u00f3 un perm\u00eds de \ufb02exibilitat hor\u00e0ria recuperable, per visites o proves m\u00e8diques d\u2019ascendents o descendents \ufb01ns al segon grau de consanguinitat o a\ufb01nitat. Caldr\u00e0 fer la sol\u00b7licitud i justi\ufb01car-ho a la direcci\u00f3 del centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PER MOTIUS DE SALUT<\/strong><strong> AMB BAIXA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les abs\u00e8ncies produ\u00efdes per baixes per malaltia o incapacitat temporal s&#8217;han de justi\ufb01car mitjan\u00e7ant la presentaci\u00f3 del comunicat de baixa m\u00e8dica ( nom\u00e9s MUFACE seguretat social i m\u00fatues privades), que s\u2019ha de presentar no m\u00e9s tard del 3r dia de la IT i els consecutius comunicats de con\ufb01rmaci\u00f3.
